FibDefense is committed to your privacy. In plain terms: we collect no personal information, transmit no data to external servers, and track nothing about you. This policy explains exactly what happens (and doesn't happen) when you use FibDefense.
1. Information We Collect
We collect no personal information. FibDefense does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, or any other identifying information at any point.
No data collected by FibDefense is transmitted or stored on any external server operated by FibDefense or any third party under our control.
2. In-App Purchases
The optional premium unlock is processed entirely by Apple's App Store using their secure payment infrastructure. FibDefense never receives, processes, stores, or has access to your payment information, credit card details, or billing address.
Apple's handling of payment data is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.
3. Local Device Storage
FibDefense saves game progress — including high scores, unlocked themes, wave progress, and settings — locally on your device using Apple's standard storage mechanisms (NSUserDefaults and/or Core Data).
This data exists only on your device and is never transmitted anywhere. If you delete the app, this data is removed along with it.
4. Analytics
FibDefense currently uses no analytics services. We do not integrate Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, or any other analytics SDK. If this ever changes, this privacy policy will be updated and communicated via App Store release notes before any analytics are collected.
5. Advertising
FibDefense contains no advertisements. There are no ad SDKs, no ad identifiers requested, and no ad networks integrated into the app.
6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
FibDefense is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13.
Because we collect no personal data from any user, there is no data to collect from children. The app is appropriate for all ages from a content perspective.
7. Third-Party Services
The only third-party service integrated with FibDefense is the Apple App Store, used solely for app distribution and in-app purchase processing. No other third-party SDKs, frameworks, or services are included in the app.
Apple's App Store interactions are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy and their standard terms of service.
8. Changes to This Policy
FibDefense reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be communicated through App Store release notes and reflected with a new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
9. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
